A note about what is stored here.
Anything you write into this intake, and any files you upload, are stored in a private database I control. No one else reads it. The intake is part of the work we will do together, and it is treated with the same care I would give a written document you handed me in person. I keep your submitted responses and uploaded files for ninety days after you submit them, then delete them. If you ever want a copy of your submission, or you want it removed sooner, reply to any email I have sent you and I will take care of it.
